The Moulin de Gassac wines are farmed organically from hillside vineyards by famille 'Guibert' of Mas de Daumas Gassac fame. Distinctly Mediterranean in character and style, they employ natural winemaking techniques and old indigenous vine varieties.
The Guilhem Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette & Grenache Blanc, and is well balanced and bright, with a hint of citrus.

'Le Bosquet' Vins de Pays Cotes de Thongue is a vibrant natural wine produced by Domaine de Mont Auriol; this is our version of 'Mediterranean Saint Emilion'. Unique for this region where the vineyards almost meet the Mediterranean sea, this wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. A deliciously ripe, soft fruit red for easy drinking; very versatile and even more perfect on a warm summer's day, a little chilled. Lovely bottle!
