Ignoring the fashion for hurried winemaking, the Crianza is aged for its full term - made with 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), the concentrated intense fruit remains in perfect balance with a refined use of oak. We've always loved this wine since discovering it in a restaurant in Majorca in 1994....and now Robert Parker does too! In February 2007 he gave it 92 out of 100. His tasting note as follows: "...notes of cedar, tobacco, scorched earth, truffle, blueberry and blackberry which jump from the glass.
